- Lead end-to-end website development projects — from project planning, requirements gathering, flow-chart creation, and UI/UX direction through to content coordination and cross-team communication across global stakeholders.
- Oversee full project lifecycle management, ensuring on-time delivery, quality control, and seamless execution across web, CRM, and mobile app development.
- Design and implement tracking and event measurement frameworks (GA4, Meta Pixel, server-side tracking, custom events & parameters) to analyze user behavior, engagement flows, and conversion triggers.
- Build and maintain data dashboards and performance visualizations using Power BI, Looker Studio, and Sensor Tower to track KPIs such as domain traffic, user journeys, conversion rates, and behavioral insights.
- Conduct in-depth website performance analysis to optimize UI/UX, navigation flow, content placement, and customer interaction patterns.
- Run A/B testing and experiment design, analyzing results to refine website layouts, CTA effectiveness, and content strategies for improved user experience and conversion performance.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, compliance, and IT teams to align website improvements with business goals, regulatory standards, and operational workflow.
- Provide technical support and solutions for client inquiries, internal teams, and operational issues across website functionality, CRM, analytics, and app performance.
- Manage and organize website data systems, backup domains, and accessibility structures to ensure continuity, data integrity, and efficient system maintenance.
- Contribute expertise across SEO optimization, content strategy, UI/UX enhancements, and digital product improvements to support growth and user retention.
